And He did!! When we look at the Thora, Leviticus 23, G_d (JWH) gave the Feast to Israel to celebrate. Those feasts where His feasts. Why? Because His Son Yeshua ful filled these by what He did. Look at it hereafter:

The 10th: The lamb was taken in the house.       =================    Yeshua was the Lamb, He came into Jerusalem exactly on the 10th!

The 14th: The lamb at Pesach between 'the two evenings', blood at the door=  Yeshua gave His life at 15.00 h, blood at the cross

The 15th: Unleavened bread =============================  Yeshua was buried, pure body

First Fruits: Yeshua presented Himself when He raised from the death to G_D like the first fruit was presented in Canaan.

Shavuot, after 10 commandments at Sinai ===============  Holy Spirit was given
